A short policy because we run a short operation. We collect what we need to fulfil orders and answer questions. Nothing more.
What we collect
When you order, we collect: your name, billing & shipping address, phone number, email, and the items you've purchased. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
When you sign up to the journal newsletter, we collect: your email address. That's it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs basic technical data (IP, browser, page visited). We use this only to keep the site running, not for tracking.
What we use it for
We use your details to: fulfil your order, communicate about it (dispatch, delivery, warranty), and answer questions you send us. We will not use your information for anything else without asking first.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to mailing-list brokers, not to anyone.
- We don't share your data with third parties except where strictly required to fulfil your order (shipping carrier, payment processor).
- We don't use behavioural tracking, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.
Cookies
The site uses a small set of functional cookies (cart contents, session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear them at any time from your browser.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@delivereze.org with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll action it within 30 days.
