A 30-day money-back guarantee on the product, a 5-year structural warranty, and a small-company policy of just sorting it out when something goes wrong.
30-day money-back
If you decide the letterbox isn't right within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund of the product price. Conditions:
- The unit must be in original, uninstalled, unmarked condition.
- You arrange and pay for return freight. We can quote you a return rate via our carrier if it helps.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned unit, to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs paid on the original order are not refunded (free-shipping orders to VIC are unaffected).
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged in transit, take photos before unwrapping further and call us the same day. We'll arrange a replacement at no charge and organise a pickup of the damaged unit. No paperwork.
Warranty
Our standard warranty is structured as follows:

What's covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use. If a weld cracks, a hinge fails, or the lock mechanism seizes within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange replacement or repair at our cost.
What's not covered
- Damage from impact, accident, or vandalism.
- Modifications made after delivery (including re-painting).
- Surface scratches from installation.
- Damage from third-party chemical cleaners or pressure-washing at close range.
- Normal wear and tear over the warranty period.
How to claim
Email hello@delivereze.org with: your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of what's happened. In most cases we'll respond within one business day with next steps.
