Terms & conditions.
The legal framework for ordering from us. Plain language where possible. The Australian Consumer Law sits above and below all of this.
About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made from the Deliver-Eze website (delivereze.org) operated by Deliver-Eze Pty. Ltd. (ABN 67 161 997 280), trading as Deliver-Eze. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed successfully.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a unit is listed at a clearly incorrect price (e.g. one-tenth of normal), we may cancel the order and refund in full. We'll always contact you first.
Stock & availability
Stock status is shown on each product page. Where a unit is in stock at the time of order, we aim to ship within 5 business days. Where a unit is out of stock or made-to-order (e.g. bespoke colour), the expected dispatch date is shown at checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable time, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative model at the same price.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery.
Returns & warranty
Governed by our returns & warranty page and Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The chute baffle mechanism is the subject of Australian patent rights held by Deliver-Eze Pty. Ltd. All product designs, photography, text, and trade marks on this site are owned by Deliver-Eze Pty. Ltd. unless otherwise indicated.
Limitations of liability
Our liability for any product is limited to its purchase price, except to the extent required by Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of parcels in transit before the letterbox is installed).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
