How we ship
Each letterbox ships in a custom-cut cardboard crate with internal foam supports. The unit is wrapped in protective film, the powder-coat surfaces are protected with a peelable masking layer.
Total shipping weight is approximately 25–30kg including packaging. We send via a national freight carrier with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email the day the unit leaves the workshop.
Lead times
Most orders ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Bespoke colours add 3–5 days. Stock status is shown on each product page — when out of stock, the page will indicate the expected restock date.
Delivery
The carrier will attempt delivery to your door. They will not bring the unit inside, and authority to leave is not granted by default — someone needs to sign. If no one is home, the carrier will leave a card with collection details.
For regional and remote addresses, delivery may be to the nearest depot.
International
We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you're in New Zealand and serious, get in touch — we've helped a small number of customers arrange their own freight forwarder.
